Back The Pack!!! H2o

The 'H2oPack' is the lowest cost, ergonomically correct way to manually transport water from a water source to home in developing counties. It is the first purpose designed transport product that has been produced in a way is economically affordable for developing economies and disaster relief conditions.

Edz could work to create sustainable products like PackH2o that would be produced by Edz manufacturing partners in Bangladesh. This would fight poverty with a double edge, while giving work to poorer communities in Bangladesh where every employee gets an education from Edz while creating a product that helps to combate water issues in third world countries across the globe.

"The Pack holds up to 20 liters of water and easily collapses when empty, allowing for safe handling and storage. The hole proof outer shell is made using an industrial grade woven polypropylene with a removable plastic lining which helps   combination of strength, weight and cost of any available material." (PackH20 help care hope)

  1. Hi Josh,

Great post, im really intrigued by the idea of this PackH20. It seems like a really legitimate solution to the problem these people in the poorer regions face in regards to water collection.

My question is really just about whether Eds Threadz is planning to recreate this already done design and then implement it themselves or are you planning to colobrate with the orginal creators to have the workmanship done by your manufacturers in the poorer areas of Bangladesh?

  2. Hi,

Thanks for the comment. It a great question! The Ed'z concept is based around social education which we have integrated within textile manufacturing industry in third world countries. The idea around backthepack is one based on diversifying our social concept by collaborating with packthepack to manufacturing the pack for packthepack helping to support not only education in third world counties but also helping to solve social problem in other third world situations.

I hope that helps with you question. Please keep in touch with our blog to see further updates on Edz.

    Cheers,
    Josh
